"From reflexion to resonance" A Death Café & Sound Bath

What is a Death Café? A death cafe is a space where people, primarily strangers meet to talk about death. The goal is for one to gain a perspective on their finite lives by contemplating the opposite. While it's not meant to be a counselling session, it's a space to speak about a topic that is generally a taboo in our region.

A Sound Bath uses healing tones and gentle frequencies to relax your body, clear mental tension, and create a renewed sense of inner peace. Together we aim to create a space for people to reflect and reconnect with themselves and the community.
