These traditional sounds serve to balance and calm the nervous system, and enhance digestion and sleep. These handmade Tibetan bowls and Kora are set to vibrate at 432hz which is the frequency of our bodies.
Being in the presence of this sound bath actively grounds your body while calming the mind. It also encourages the release of stress and tension which serves to re-calibrate the brain in order to synchronize and bring balance to the left and right hemispheres in order to find equilibrium.
