This evening is guided by Amber Blue & Blair Francis.

Blair is a Canadian ceremonial musician, sound healer, breathwork guide, and spiritual journeyman whose music and presence invite deep transformation and heart-opening connection. Blair weaves together live sonic landscapes — drawing from acoustic folk, devotional chants, medicine songs, mantra, and sound healing — to support participants in surrender, release, and inner exploration.

Amber has spent almost 20 years immersed in the practice of Breathwork. She is a Certified Shamanic Minister, a trained death doula and is experienced in many Breathwork modalities. Dedicated to sharing the profound medicine of Breathwork with those willing to undertake the courageous journey of self-discovery, she brings her experience of ceremony and sacred medicine circle to her services. Amber offers private sessions for individuals, couples and groups.​

As the fire burns and the circle gathers, you’ll be guided into Conscious Connected Breathwork, a powerful practice that awakens your inner life force, connects you to your body’s wisdom, and creates space for emotional, mental, and spiritual insight. Through breath, we soften resistance and open to clarity, presence, and peace.

Blair’s live sound journey resonates with intention — offering textures of voice, didgeridoo, chimes, and layered sound frequencies that support your breath and deepen your experience. This sacred music is created for the moment, listening into the energy of the circle and allowing it to unfold organically.

What to Bring
• A mat and blanket will be provided. Please bring anything else you need to be comfortable laying on the floor
• Please dress warm and in comfortable layers
• Water and an open heart
• Optional journal for reflection afterwards
