Each student will make a six inch by 18 inch painted mermaid. We will be incorporating shells, strung pearls, and sand onto our piece after the painting process is complete. Once all our items are in place we will be pouring a thin layer of resin over the top to give it that special seal and shine. Mermaid will be pre sketched on the piece for students, but we give students full artist direction if they would like to change up the design. This is a sit-down class so drinks and snacks are allowed however use resin is being used those items will have to be put away.
Resin projects will have to remain in the studio overnight to dry. The studio will contact students for a pickup time during the week after projects have cured.
