During the sacred Breathwork Ceremony, we will celebrate our Ancestors and open our heart chakra to be able to receive the guidance from the Universe and focus on Gratitude in our lives.
We will share Ancestral stories and heal deeply seated family patterns through the power of our sacred breath. With the help of the active 3-part breathing technique, you will learn how to raise your vibration, reduce anxiety and stress, and quiet your mind.
The guided breathwork journey can help you heal subconscious programs and send healing energy to your ancestral lineage 7 generations behind and 7 generations ahead. The Quantum Breathwork technique will help you raise your vibrational frequency through activating the seat of your consciousness, the Pineal Gland.
Breathwork can change old beliefs and negative behavior patterns by moving stuck energy from the body, mind, and spirit. It can reduce anxiety and release strong emotions like grief, abandonment, or anger. It can rewire your subconscious beliefs and negative behavior patterns so that you can manifest easily and effortlessly.

Flow of the Breathwork Ceremony
3:00 - 4:15 – Cleansing, opening ceremony, intention-setting, short group exercise for opening the heart chakra, sharing ancestral stories, introducing the breathwork technique
4:15 - 5:30 – Breathwork Journey (45 minutes breathing+30 minutes meditation and sound healing journey)
5:30 - 6:00 – Integration of the experience, Sharing, Closing Ceremony
How to prepare, what to bring:
Please bring a journal and pen, water, photos, stories of your ancestors, and any sacred items from your ancestors that you wish to place on the altar.
