This 4 hour course will provide attendees with a professional working knowledge of the RANM Listing Agreement, including the Disclosures Required to be completed prior to an offer to purchase, while also discussing the importance of using current forms and how to avoid transaction liability related to using out-dated forms.

In this class, you will learn how to:

• Identify and select the current NMAR listing agreement and related forms and Disclosure for you to prepare a professional listing contract for your clients.
• Explain and justify the current NMAR listing agreement, by paragraph, to your clients and the reasons for its most significant recent changes.
• About the most recent changes to the NMAR Purchase Agreement and the reasons behind them
