This will be outside (under trees for shade by the carpark), so is weather permitting.
Bring your yoga mat and water bottle. A sun hat may also be a good idea ... and anything else you feel that you need for a comfortable outdoors yoga practice. You should also bring a light covering, e.g. sarong, for over your body during relaxation.
We will practice asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) with the compassionate aspect of Anahata chakra in mind.
