Monte Jade launches a Mid-Career Asian American initiative, expanding 30 years of trusted connections to support the 'Full Leader'.
About this Event

Monte Jade (MJAA and MJW) recently launched a new initiative for Mid-Career Asian American leaders, moving beyond the traditional conversations among professionals. Building on MJAA's three decades of trusted connections, we are expanding our community model to support the "Full Leader." We believe that in today’s dynamic and transformative times, success is no longer defined by titles alone, but by meaning, balance, and the strength of the community that carries us.

The Monte Jade Mid-Career Group was born from a simple belief: sustainable achievement and genuine fulfillment come from aligning career ambition with personal well-being. At this stage of life, many carry silent pressures—at work, at home, and within themselves. Our community exists to ensure that no one has to carry that weight alone. We also believe that the best leaders are those who care, engender trust and support others.

On March 8th, we held our inaugural gathering. We broke the "professional silence" as serial entrepreneur Steve Hsia courageously shared the untold stories behind his stellar career: the personal challenges. Through family-styled small-group dialogues, our alumni and executives experienced something rare in professional spaces: the power of vulnerability to create immediate, deep-seated trust. Many of the participants realized that what feels isolating is, in truth, deeply shared.

We invite you to continue this powerful journey. Our second event will feature Peter Chu, who will share his own "story behind the success."Following Peter's story, we will return to our intimate breakout circles to reflect on the unseen challenges of this life chapter—from family, relationships, health, and finance.

Join us for this intentional space of reflection and mutual support. This is an invitation to pause, to be seen, and to rediscover clarity alongside a trusted circle of peers.
