About this Event

An intimate afternoon with your mental health is a in-person workshop that has been specifically created to acknowledge where you are, and help you progress in handling your mental health. The workshop will be hosted by Stephanie (Mental health specialist). Stephanie is deeply passionate about the mental health and well-being of others. Stephanie aims to empower people through their daily activities to support their mental health. Stephanie provides tailored strategies for understanding and aiding the emotional well being of adults and young people.

Ida (Anxiety and confidence coach) Ida is an anxiety and confidence coach, mentor, and well-being consultant. Ida is deeply passionate about empowering others, to prioritise their mental well-being. Through coaching, mentoring, and advocacy, she tirelessly works to help individuals break through obstacles and realise their full potential.
