An Integrative Yoga Class ~ 4th Mondays:
Wind Above Fire Yoga Therapy, Yoga Class is a monthly offering designed to support nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and sustainable wellbeing. Rooted in my background as a Registered Nurse and yoga teacher, these fourth-Monday classes blend therapeutic yoga, trauma-informed 9D breathwork and nervous system education to help unwind chronic stress and restore a sense of steadiness in the body through integration. This work is not about pushing or performance — it’s about learning how breath, movement, and awareness work together to create safety, clarity, strength and resilience.
Each session offers a carefully held arc: we prepare the body through mindful movement, explore breath as a regulating and organizing force with a 9D experience, and allow time for integration so it can truly land.
Wind Above Fire is for those seeking depth without overwhelm — a grounded, practical approach to yoga and breathwork that supports both immediate relief and long-term nervous system health and resilience.
4th Mondays, this month: 2/23/26: Join us in person for a unique yoga experience that combines breath, movement, and a 9D breathwork journey called The Architect.
This class blends a 45min Vinyasa sequence with a 25min high intensity 9D experience of deep diaphramatic breathing and layered 9D audio frequencies to activate strength, courage and emotional peace. Perfect for all levels looking to integrate that which we have been shedding, and unwind and recharge. Come as you are and let's flow together!
