An Gong Bath Evening with Kanna and Cacao

This will be a gentle grounded evening where we:

• share ceremonial cacao + kanna
• explore some of the teaching i have been exploring + integrating
• sit in meditation together
• followed by the deep resonant sounds of the Gong
• closing with integration and community

This is an invitatoin to slow down, connect, and be held by sound, community and the heart opening nature of cacao and kanna.
