Swedish Chef Conny Andersson is hosting a special private tour of Hotel Populus and the exciting developments in the Railspur District of Pioneer Square. Limited to 20 guests. Reception with light nibbles and sparkling wine.
Hotel Populus is the first carbon positive hotel company in the United States. Populus Seattle is located in the historic 1907 Westland Building King Street at 1st Avenue. The hotel has been fully restored and preserved.
Chef Conny will talk about the exciting food program in Salt Harvest and Firn, which have already become popular destinations in their first year of operation. Conny’s colleagues will talk about the company’s commitment to art and sustainability. We will have an exclusive of the hotel and their other properties in the Railspur District.
Originally from Göteborg, Chef Conny has a storied career in luxury hotels and resorts in the US, Caribbean and South East Asia.
