Originally from London and coming from a French and Ukrainian family background where food played a huge part in everyday life, Greg’s passion for cooking grew into something extraordinary. Amazingly, before stepping into the culinary world professionally, Greg actually worked in IT and cybersecurity before following his dream into food — eventually reaching the semi-finals of MasterChef UK in 2018 👨🍳🔥
Known for his bold, creative cooking style and beautifully presented dishes, Greg blends French, British, Spanish and Asian influences to create exciting flavour-packed menus that have earned him a fantastic reputation across the UK through private dining, events and collaborations.
