Enchanting folk songstress Emaline Delapaix returns to Australia for the first time in eight years for an intimate concert. Weaving acoustic guitar, keyboard and harmonium with storytelling and meditation in English, Swedish and Scottish Gaelic. With influences from Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Joni Mitchell and many Nordic musicians, this is a rare chance to experience her songs of healing nature, ancestor stories and wild landscapes.Emaline will begin the event with a short, calming meditation accompanied by Ambika Taylor on harmonium, followed by the concert. There will be a short break in the middle.
