This highly anticipated evening brings together food lovers, philanthropists, and community leaders for an extraordinary night of fine dining and philanthropy to benefit the Foundation’s Care Fund.
Each year, this signature event celebrates the artistry and generosity of the culinary world, featuring some of the nation’s most distinguished chefs and wine experts. Past participants have included Walter Scheib, former White House Executive Chef; Sara Moulton, acclaimed television chef and cookbook author; Kristen Kish, Top Chef winner and host of Top Chef; and renowned wine educator Kevin Zraly.
This year, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Ric Orlando, who is known locally as the founder of the legendary New World Home Cooking in Woodstock, NY. He is recognized for his bold, globally inspired flavors and celebrated appearances on Chopped and Beat Bobby Flay. Guests will indulge in a chef-curated, four course dining experience paired with fine wines.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Premier Cares Foundation Care Fund, which provides financial assistance and compassionate support to Hudson Valley patients facing urologic and gastrointestinal diseases.
