About The Book

In Six Courses (an entertaining life) Chef Regina invites you to experience the courses of her life as a Chef, through creative menus made for entertaining, over 200 recipes, and charming stories of the people in her life and at her table. Regina refers to it as her “chefography. “



About The Author

Chef Regina Charboneau has had a culinary journey as diverse as the landscapes she has traveled, from Natchez, Mississippi, to the wilderness of Alaska, to Paris and San Francisco, and then back to her beloved Natchez. She has become a powerful ambassador for Southern cooking, establishing several celebrated restaurants in San Francisco, including Regina's at the Regis and Biscuits and Blues. Beyond her entrepreneurial ventures, Regina has emerged as a powerful ambassador for Southern cooking. hailed as the “Queen of Biscuits”, by the New York Times, she transformed her hometown of Natchez into the “Biscuit Capital of the World”. However, Chef Regina is so much more than biscuits; she has authored four influential cookbooks. No matter where she’s traveled and cooked, her food and hospitality has always had a touch of that Southern accent. Chef Regina conducts cooking classes at her cooking school “Regina’s Kitchen in Natchez and across the nation.
