In Helen’s words, her book tells you everything she has learnt about ‘facing pain and putting pieces of your life back together again’. Alongside her story, Helen interviewed 50 other women for her book, who have also contributed stories of how they rebuilt their lives, and the strength, joy and hope they discovered- offering you wisdom, guidance and comfort through difficult time.
