- Ticket Sales: Tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis.
- Seating Arrangements: Seating is allocated by the restaurant. If booking as part of a group please leave a note so we can seat you together.
- Drinks & Outside Food: All drinks must be paid for at the venue and no outside food or drinks are permitted.
- Memorabilia: Personal items will not be signed but signed memorabilia will be available for purchase on the night.
- Video Recording: Filming the event is not allowed.
- Speaker Changes: In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing the speaker(s) from attending a replacement will be provided.
Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued only if the event is cancelled. Tickets are non-exchangeable non-refundable and cannot be re-sold.

We want everyone to fully enjoy this event. If you have any special requirements (e.g. accessibility or dietary needs) please inform us before the event as we may not be able to accommodate requests made on the night.
Outstanding Bill:
Your ticket covers entry to the event and your meal. A separate bill for drinks will be provided and this must be settled before leaving. A compulsory 10% service charge will also be added to the drinks bill.
