Back in the day, in the time of once, before streaming video and infinite scroll, storytelling was simpler. Folk tales and traditional tales to pass the time, stories that were somehow familiar, or not, with twists and turns and and often fairytale endings.
Those stories, perhaps, aren't told the old way as much now as they were then. But they are still told. So I'm hugely excited to be able to taking some traditional tales back to my family home, for an evening of traditional tales, at Sôlt in Almondbury, on Friday, April 24th, 2026.
Because stories aren't just for children.
