Every year since university, I have set my mind to achieving one big project, and nailed it.

2015: Completed my degree and started my business.

2016: Ran my first event two months after moving to a new city

2017: Published my first #1 Bestseller

2018: Organised a UK Book Tour for my second #1 bestseller

2019: Won my first national public speaking contest (and got married!)

2020: Pivoted my businesses during COVID

2021: Launched my flagship group coaching program

2022: Got my first international speaking gig

2023: Got invited to be a TEDx coach (twice!)

2024: Published my 12-month online speaking program

A little bit of privilege, talent and luck has absolutely played a part in my successful projects, but there is one factor that has driven each one.

Dogged consistency.

If you want to achieve you speaking goals in 2025, you have to be ridiculously consistent.

But not consistent in a banging your head off the wall kinda way.

You have to be smart and strategic with the work you are putting in.

You need to know the principles that will allow you to master the skills you need this year.

In this workshop, you are going to learn the nine principles of mastery. These will help you not along develop your speaking skills, but any related skills you need to get yourself on the stage you desire in 2025.

You will have the opportunity to workshop your ideas with other attendees and get advice and support to help you fill in the gaps and get new ideas for your 2025 targets.
