In this "Healthy Mind, Healthy Body" panel discussion, we'll delve into the pillars of wellness with a group of Latina experts.
Learn from:
- A Latina fitness trainer + mindfulness enthusiast: Discover the importance of mindful physical activity and relaxation practices for stress reduction and improved mental clarity.
- A Latina nutritionist: Gain insights on foods that nourish your body and mind, and how to create healthy eating habits for a vibrant life.

What to Expect:
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Check-in, grab a drink, and get settled in.
- 6:30 PM - 6:45 PM: Amigas Exchange table question (details to come!). This is a fun icebreaker activity where attendees will be given a question to discuss at their tables.
- 6:45 PM - 7:30 PM: Panel discussion + Q&A. Our expert panelists will discuss the importance of wellness and share practical tips for a healthy mind and body.
- 7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Closing remarks and networking time. This is a great opportunity to connect with other amigas and continue the conversation.
