Welcome to the Ambassador Trifecta Event! A three-part class led by our inspiring local ambassadors- Cheese Gary (yoga), Susan Loken (Run) and Dan Messinger (CrossFit).

Please bring a mat and water bottle. Dress for weather; part of the class will be hosted outside.
