After the Breaking is a 6-day healing retreat for lesbian & queer women who have moved through a season of loss, change, coming home to themselves, or deep inner transformation — and are ready to begin again, gently, honestly, and in their own rhythm.
Held in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, this retreat weaves together psychology-based workshops, intuitive and somatic practices, journaling, movement, and rest. Everything is designed to support emotional integration, nervous-system regulation, and clarity after transition — especially the kind that comes with reclaiming identity, truth, and belonging.
This is not a space to fix yourself.
And it’s not about becoming someone else.
It’s about meeting yourself after everything shifted — after grief, after unlearning, after choosing yourself — and learning how to live from that place with steadiness, self-trust, and softness.
This is a retreat created by and for queer women who want:

- to reconnect with their bodies, intuition, and truth
