We invite you on a unique and transformative journey to the ancient lands of Perú, from the lush Amazon rainforest to the majestic Andes mountains.🪷 Short content
Starting with two days in the vibrant capital of Perú, Lima - visiting local markets, enjoying the beach and the bohemian & artistic parts of the city. Further on, 10 days in the Peruvian Amazon with master plants and Shipibo wisdom, followed by one week in the Sacred Valley to integrate, explore, and refresh in the mountains. In total approximately 20-24 days full of healing programs in Perú!
🌿 Part One - Master Plant Dieta in the Amazon
After two days in the capital of Perú, our journey continues deep in the Peruvian jungle with a Shipibo Family of traditional plant healers. For ten days, we will immerse ourselves in a traditional master plant diet, surrounded by the Shipibo community, wild animals, and the living wisdom of the rainforest. This sacred space offers the chance for deep healing, self-discovery, and a direct connection with nature’s medicine.
⛰ Part Two - Integration in the Sacred Valley
After the dieta, we travel to the Andean mountains, to the breathtaking Sacred Valley of Peru. Here, we will ground and integrate the insights and transformations from the jungle.
We will visit ancient Inka and pre-Inka sites, participate in natural rituals, and strengthen the gifts received during the dieta. This is a time to rest, connect, and deepen your inner journey in the heart of the Andes.
BONUS ADVENTURE - Machu Picchu
We will spend 4 days in the hight jungle. We will go on a beautiful and adventurous path to Machu Picchu. We will visit 2 Natural Hot Springs - Thermal Baths in the Jungle. We are also going to stop at a hidden Sun Temple in the Jungle.

You may choose to join the full journey Part 1 + Part 2 (Amazon + Andes = approx 20-22 days) or only Part 1 (Amazon = approx 14 days) or only Part 2 (Andes = approx 7-9 days).

On Sunday th 11th of January at 7 pm (CET/UTC+1) we will host an online meeting, where we tell you all the details about the program, dates, prices and all the important factors. The REGISTRATION through the Google Form link above is necessary for you to receive the MEETING LINK.
🗓️ Dates
After the online meeting and after checking the plane tickets - we decide on the exact dates for this trip, but it can be expected somewhere between mid March and mid April.
🪽 Your Facilitators
Flowra - Flowra has been studying with her masters and master plants in both the jungle and the mountains of Perú for 6 years now. She regularly deepens her dietas and connection with these ancient healing traditions. As an intuitive therapist, she works with music (especially voice), aromatherapy, master plants, energy work, and shamanism. She is also a certified yoga teacher.
Endre - Endre is a dance and movement therapist and intuitive energy worker who has been guiding healing through somatic practices for 5 years. His path is connected to both Egypt and the master plant traditions.
Together, we walk the path of conscious relationship while honoring our individual journeys. We practice relational healing and offer a harmonious facilitation where both the feminine and masculine energies are equally present and embodied. We speak and facilitate in English, Spanish, Norwegian and Hungarian.
