Finding Balance: Maintaining Your Health During Your Job Search
Job searching can be a stressful and overwhelming experience, but it's important to prioritize your well-being during this time. This program focuses on strategies for maintaining balance and cultivating a healthy mindset throughout the job search process. We'll explore the importance of establishing daily routines, incorporating movement and physical activity, and ensuring time for fun and relaxation. This session will help you learn how to navigate the job search with resilience and confidence while taking care of your mental and emotional health.
This session is presented by Amanda Brennan, Founder of Wynnshire Collaborative, an Organizational Development company. They focus on 3 core areas: leaders, teams, and culture. Amanda knows how stressful job seeking can be as the seeker and as the spouse/partner. She is a huge believer in organizing your time and being active. She is a mother of 3, a military spouse, passionate volunteer, and connector of people.
Please join us on November 4. Registration is required to attend (it's free!) and space is limited so sign up today!
