About this Event
What happens when we stop psychoanalyzing everyone else and start getting honest about ourselves instead?
Join us for an evening of exploring the ways that you are the problem in your relationships :)
We all carry unseen parts of ourselves: beliefs, fears, and desires we push out of awareness and instead often project on to others. Carl Jung called this the shadow. This experiential workshop & discussion will guide you through the foundations of Jungian shadow work and offer prompts to begin exploring your shadow in the context of relationships.
This is not therapy, and there’s no pressure to share. Think of it as a thoughtful, emotionally curious room full of strangers unpacking the human experience together.
Come curious. And maybe a little bit dramatic.
Format:
2:30-3pm: Arrivals, getting drinks.
3-4pm: Workshop section: intro to shadow work & guided journaling prompts.
