Join me in a celebration of the life for my husband Alvaro Vega at 1 pm on May 23rd in the gardens at Mount Hollywood United Church of Christ in Los Feliz. The garden is just north of the church and uses a separate entrance. It's at the end of a short driveway at 1753 New Hampshire Avenue. We'll have balloons or some other indicator as to where you should go. Parking can be found at the church and on the street. We chose this location because this is the garden that Alvaro put his heart into growing his organic foods. You'll feel his presence there.The food-and-drink portion of celebration will follow at a private residence, the location of which will be provided at the garden service.
Comfortable clothing is recommended.
