BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN FOR THE ALTON DBA TOURNAMENT, Saturday April 25th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m..
NB - You must BOOK A SPACE to play, with space permitting around 24 players maximum.
Cost per person will be £7. Payment method the same as last year…message me for payment details if you don’t have my account details.

Format and Theme;-
15mm armies, as per usual.
This year the requirement will be to field a MINIMUM of FOUR Warband elements in your army. These could be either in the main army or eg with addition(s) from an ally if used. (note:- the tournament will be on the “I am my own worst enemy” principle:- You will use your own army three times, and your opponents’ armies for the other three games. So you play both with and against the army you bring).
A bonus will be added to the score of players who bring extra warband:- for each Wb element brought above the minimum of four the owning player will gain a one-off point extra, added to their running total at the start of the day, up to a MAXIMUM BONUS of FIVE points.
Examples- if you brought five Wb, you’d get one bonus point, if you brought six Wb you’d get two bonus points, and for a player bringing nine Wb or more you’d acquire the maximum bonus of five. NB - this is a one-off bonus, not per-game.
(For reference- each game win generally scores around 20-25 points).
