We’re looking forward to facilitating our 2nd Alternative Runwayduring our annual Fashion Revolution Week event in Lancaster.
It's all about creating and then wearing outfits that showcase creativity and self-expression. You can start creating now!
There will be free supportive workshops between now and the event to help you realise what you want to create. We'll post the workshops on our socials as they are scheduled.
It's all designed to be fun and participative - not a competition.
How you can be involved:
> Wear your own outfit or model someone else’s creation
> Create a new outfit from pre-used textiles, minimising waste wherever possible
> Refresh items of clothing through dyeing, embellishing or altering.
> Curate an outfit from 2nd hand sources or show your long loved items with a story to tell!
