Smart, irreverent, and effortlessly cool, Altered By Mom is a female-fronted rock trio built on JUNO-winning songwriting, a rebellious edge, and a sense of humor that hits as hard as the riffs. Gina Kennedy (bass/vox) and Devon Lougheed (guitar/vox), joined by Max Trefler on drums, have earned national radio support on SiriusXM, been called "unstoppable" by Exclaim!, and taken their chaos-with-a-party-vibe to stages across Canada, Germany, and Japan. Their shows will leave you smiling, sweaty, and screaming for more.
Cold Fame (Victoria, BC)
An alternative pop-rock duo led by vocalist Jodi Pederson and guitarist Damian Anthony, Cold Fame blends alt-rock drive with electronic and pop sensibility, drawing on classic horror tropes and suppressed feminine rage. Their debut album RED ROOM dropped in fall 2024, and they've shared stages with Hotel Mira, iLLScarlett, and MONOWHALES along the way.
