Join us for a monthly hands-on cooking series led by BC Dietitians, where food, evidence-based nutrition, and community come together.
Each month features a new topic, taught by practicing dietitians in a fun, interactive kitchen setting. You will cook, learn practical nutrition strategies, and enjoy the meal together.
August Theme: Pre- and Probiotics
This class focuses on how to support gut health through everyday cooking. We will explore how to incorporate both prebiotic and probiotic foods into balanced meals to support digestion, microbiome diversity, and overall health.
