Seasons of the Road Album Release Concert
Join us for an unforgettable night of music at The Red Pavilion as we celebrate the release of our latest album, Seasons of the Road! This will also mark Alsarah & the Nubatones' return to the stage after a long hiatus and we are more excited than ever to bring you new music and share in the memories together.
Mawasim Altariq, Seasons of the Road, is the third full studio album from Alsarah & the Nubatones more than 5 years in the making. It began as a seed in Beirut back at the end of 2018 in a week long residency at the Station. Slowly it traveled to Sudan for the filming of the music video of one of the first tracks written on it, Men Ana, an homage to the sudanese revoultion taking place at the time. It then returned back to NYC as the band locked down along w the rest of the world and watched everything change from our windows. The road kept winding and changing, revolutions began and ended,
wars raged engulfing countries, and genocides became the new normal. These songs became markers of the seasons and winding road as they slowly came together in this album.
