About this Event
🌴 Aloha Open Minded: Speed Dating with daring games and a private second date in our reserved area.
Our goal is to create a space where consent and respect are at the heart of the experience. A place designed so that everyone who participates feels free, safe, and free from judgment, ensuring an atmosphere of high quality, discretion, and fun.
🛡️ “Safe & Free” Protocol (Non-Negotiable)
* Zero Tolerance: Any disrespect, invasive behavior, or persistence after a “no” will result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.
* Active Supervision: Organizers will monitor the well-being of attendees. If anyone feels uncomfortable, they will intervene to resolve the situation or facilitate an exit.
* Privacy and Filter: The “Secret Tokens” system protects all participants from situations of public rejection or social discomfort.
🕒 Event Schedule (7:00 PM - 9:20 PM)
1. Reception and Check-in (7:00 PM - 7:20 PM)
* Validation: Entry check and distribution of colored stickers based on pre-registration (pre-submitted form):
* 🟢 Green: All clear / Open to taking action.
* 🟡 Yellow: Curiosity / See how things flow without prior pressure.
* Game Kit: Distribution of the Secret Match Card and a pen. Each attendee orders their mandatory drink at the bar.
2. Phase 1: Group Socializing – Icebreaker (7:20 PM – 8:10 PM)
* Format: Groups of 4 to 6 people (mixed Green and Yellow teams).
* Activity: Guided rotations every 10 minutes (the participants rotate).
* Objective: To connect socially through cards with questions about anecdotes, travel, and fun dilemmas.
3. Phase 2: “Speed Dating Xtreme” (8:10 PM - 8:50 PM)
* Format: 8-minute individual dates.
* Content: Cards with off-limits questions. Forget boring conversations where you always talk about the same things.
* Discreet Match: At the end of each round, each participant notes on their card whether they want a “Second Date” with that person. No one sees the other person’s decision at that moment.
4. Phase 3: The Flash Date (8:50 PM – 9:05 PM)
* The Prize: If there is a mutual match on the scorecard and both people agree, the event offers a longer Second Date (15 min).
* The Setting: This date moves to a special, private area of the venue, with an intimate atmosphere designed exclusively to test real chemistry and enjoy the encounter in private.
5. Phase 4: Closing, Toast, and Networking (9:05 PM - 9:20 PM)
* Reunification: All participants return to the common area.
* Toast: Complimentary glass of cava (Inaugural Special).
* Social: Space for pool, foosball, and relaxed networking to exchange contact information (Instagram/WhatsApp).
💰 Prices
* Tickets: €8 (Early Bird) / €10 (Regular) / €12 (At the Door).
* Couples and Groups: Open-minded couples who want to meet other people or even other couples are welcome (double admission fee applies).

Nuestro objetivo es crear un espacio donde el consentimiento y el respeto sean el motor de la experiencia. Un lugar diseñado para que todas las personas que participen se sientan libres, seguras y sin juicios, garantizando un ambiente de alta calidad, discreción y diversión.
🛡️ Protocolo "Safe & Free" (Inviolable)
* Cero Tolerancia: Cualquier falta de respeto, actitud invasiva o insistencia tras un "no" supondrá la expulsión inmediata del evento sin reembolso.
* Supervisión Activa: Los organizadores supervisarán el bienestar de los asistentes. Si alguien se siente incómodo, intervendrán para reconducir la situación o activar la salida.
* Privacidad y Filtro: El sistema de "Fichas Secretas" protege a todos los participantes de situaciones de rechazo público o incomodidad social.
🕒 Cronograma de la Experiencia (19:00 - 21:20)
1. Recepción y "Check-in" (19:00 - 19:20)
* Validación: Control de entrada y entrega de pegatina de color según la pre-inscripción (formulario previo):
* 🟢 Verde: Vía libre / Actitud abierta a la acción.
* 🟡 Amarillo: Curiosidad / Ver qué fluye sin presión previa.
* Kit de Juego: Entrega de la Ficha de Match Secreta y un bolígrafo. Cada asistente pide su consumición obligatoria en barra.
2. Fase 1: Social Grupal - Rompehielos (19:20 - 20:10)
* Formato: Grupos de 4 a 6 personas (Verdes y Amarillos mezclados).
* Dinámica: Rotaciones guiadas cada 10 minutos (rotan los chicos).
* Objetivo: Conectar a nivel social a través de tarjetas con preguntas de anécdotas, viajes y dilemas divertidos.
3. Fase 2: "Speed Dating Xtreme" (20:10 - 20:50)
* Formato: Citas individuales de 8 minutos.
* Contenido: Tarjetas con preguntas prohibidas. Olvídate de las conversaciones aburridas donde siempre se habla de lo mismo.
* Match Discreto: Al finalizar cada ronda, cada asistente anota en su Ficha si desea una "Segunda Cita" con esa persona. Nadie ve la decisión del otro en ese momento.
4. Fase 3: La Cita Flash (20:50 - 21:05)
* El Premio: Si hay un match mutuo en la ficha y ambas personas están de acuerdo, el evento ofrece una Segunda Cita de mayor duración (15 min).
* El Escenario: Esta cita se traslada a un lugar especial y reservado del local, con una atmósfera íntima diseñada exclusivamente para testear la química real y disfrutar del encuentro en privado.
5. Fase 4: Cierre, Brindis y Networking (21:05 - 21:20)
* Unificación: Regreso de todos los participantes a la zona común.
* Brindis: Entrega de la copa de cava de cortesía (Especial Inauguración).
* Social: Espacio para billar, futbolín y networking relajado para intercambiar contactos (Instagram/WhatsApp).
💰 Precios
* Entradas: 8€ (Early Bird) / 10€ (Normal) / 12€ (Taquilla).
* Parejas y Grupos: Se admiten parejas con mentalidad abierta que quieran conocer a otras personas o incluso a otras parejas (pagan entrada doble).

Al asistir a este evento, los participantes reconocen que lo hacen de forma voluntaria y bajo su propia responsabilidad. Los organizadores, anfitriones y el establecimiento no asumen ninguna responsabilidad por cualquier lesión, pérdida, daño, robo u otro incidente que pueda ocurrir antes, durante o después del evento.
Cada participante es responsable de su propia seguridad, pertenencias y comportamiento. Al participar en el evento, los asistentes aceptan eximir y mantener indemnes a los organizadores, anfitriones y al establecimiento frente a cualquier reclamación, responsabilidad o gasto derivado de su participación en el evento.
