This elevated evening features six carefully curated courses that move like a story, beginning with bold, bright flavors and building into rich, decadent depths. Expect provocative pairings, coastal elegance, and a touch of drama as each dish arrives with intention.

COURSE I: THE AWAKENING

Smoked Salmon Sashimi Tostada A provocative collision of smoke and citrus. Premium Smoked Salmon elevated by the charred heat of roasted jalapeño avocado pico de gallo. Finished with a sharp gingerslaw and a seductive Aji Amarillo Yuzu vinaigrette.


COURSE II: THE SEDUCTION

Crispy Gulf Oyster Sliders A decadent embrace of land and sea. Crispy fried Gulf oysters nestled into handcrafted, flaky buttermilk chive biscuits. Layered with the smoky sweetness of candied turkey bacon and velvety brown butter hollandaise to make the palate "sigh in ecstasy."
