Rex Wogan serves as Deputy Chief Appraiser at the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District, where he also leads the public outreach efforts. With over 16 years of experience in property tax appraisal and valuation in both Fort Bend and Harris counties, Rex brings extensive expertise in CAD operations, appraisal, public engagement, and emerging technologies. He is a registered professional appraiser, certified tax administrator, certified chief appraiser, and a TALCB licensed fee appraiser. He is actively involved in professional organizations, currently serving as President of the Coastal Plains Chapter of the Texas Association of Appraisal Districts.
