Welcome to Blue Wave, the first edition of Dutty Wet Up — where the city gets soaked in pure energy, movement, and color. Inspired by J’ouvert spirit and flipped for the nighttime, expect a high-energy experience drenched in blue paint, blue powder, water, foam, and vibes all night long.
