Ready to drink, three words that mean so much to wine lovers. Many wines today are made to drink much earlier than they would have been in the past because so few people have the patience or the right space to store wine for longer periods. Fortunately, there are still wineries out there that either age their wines for longer, or for whatever reason, have parcels of older wines to sell into the market. These are the wines that are the focus tonight, and we have a great range of reds and whites with decent bottle age to show off.
Our shop tastings start at 7.30pm and run for approximately one-and-a-half to two hours. We will taste 6-8 wines on a theme, and bread, cheese and charcuterie is provided to match with the wines. Due to the communal nature of the tasting, we are unable to cater for dietary requirements.
