Alistair Moffat is an award-winning writer, historian and, previously, Director of Programmes at STV, and Director of the Borders Book Festival. He left STV to write, focusing on the field of social history. More recently, Alistair is the Co-Chairman for the Great Tapestry of Scotland. Between Britain is a Waterstone's Best History Book of 2024.
