Maryport's annual LitFest launches with a weekend of speakers, readings and workshops. Starting with a writing workshop led by Kathleen Jones and an evening with Alistair Moffat the weekend continues with speakers and poetry readings. Sunday concludes with a poetry reading by Kelly Davis and Kerry Darbishire. The programme is available on the museum website www.senhousemuseum.co.ik. Thanks to a grant from Arts Council England day tickets are £5.
