Join us for a cozy evening of mostly original music in the woods in a yurt around the wood stove. Influenced by the landscape of the stark prairies she originated from, Alissa Arnason offers a haunting, timeless performance of country inspired folk songs.
She performs a collection of released and unreleased songs, each crafted amidst emotional experiences of scorpionic depth, with themes ranging from romanticized weather patterns to heartbreak, her stories weaving between light and dark, love and loss.
Forest Tate plays exclusively sad songs. A sparse yet bombastic exploration into what it’s like living on the bones of a modern man - with only a sliver of silver lining.
This will be a sober event. Feel free to bring your own cozy beverage. I’ll bring some baking to snack on.
E-transfer $20 for each ticket to [email protected]
You will then be given the super secret location and parking directions.
Alternatively PM Forest Tate and I’ll send location and you can bring cash to the event.
No body turned away.
A headlamp and cushions would be helpful as well.
