Kick-off 2025 with an intentional and empowering experience that combines creativity, mindfulness, and sound healing! Join Coach Prin of Transform with Prin and Tia Monae of Charmed by Intuition for a unique workshop designed to help you set your goals, align your energy, and manifest your vision for the year ahead.
What to Expect:
Vision Boarding with Coach Prin: Get clear on your 2025 goals as Coach Prin, NASM CPT, guides you through a reflective and creative vision board session. We’ll provide all the collage materials you need, including vision boards, markers, glue, and magazines—but feel free to bring your own favorite magazines or personal photos to make your board truly unique!
Guided Meditation with Tia Monae: After creating your vision board, Tia will lead a grounding meditation to help you connect deeply with your intentions and open your mind to limitless possibilities.
Sound Bath Experience: Tia will conclude the workshop with a soothing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to align your energy and solidify your goals, leaving you refreshed and ready to manifest your dreams.
