Join us for an exciting new yoga series as we flow through iconic movements and music from different decades. Don your best decade themed yoga outfit! Best Dressed will be selected by crowd vote at each class to receive an Align & Unwind Gift Bundle filled with Yoga and Works branded items! Enjoy complimentary cocktails and mocktails, courtesy of Adelina Social Goods!
Tickets available for individual classes or all 3 at a discounted price. 3-class bundle only available until March 19th.
PLEASE NOTE: This class is BYOM (bring your own mats)! Mats will NOT be provided to attendees.
March 19th: 80's Electric Stretch led by Maya of Evolation Yoga
April 23rd: 90's Fresh Flow led by Lyric of Haven Yoga
May 21st: Namaste 2K led by Kelsey of Innercise Yoga
***Suite 200A is located on Chattahoochee Row across from Westbound at The Works apartments.
What should I bring into the event?
We encourage you to bring a yoga mat or beach towel, and water. Wear clothes that you are comfortable in. Flip flops are nice for an easy on/off.
