About Sylvia:
A proud Greek-American & Bay Area native, Sylvia started practicing yoga in the early 2000's and decided to further her yoga journey with YogaSource Training Institute. In 2019, she successfully completed her 200hr Certification and currently teaches Vinyasa & Power Flow, Hot Pilates, Hot 26, & is pursuing the 500hr. In her other time, Sylvia is a realtor of 20 years, enjoys singing in a band, hiking, traveling, motorcycle rides, spending time with family and friends, and of course traveling to Greece in the summers to her 2nd home, where she hosts annual yoga retreats, sharing a piece of her heart and love for her country with the community here. Connecting people has always been a passion of hers.
