Saturday Yoga & Meditation on the Farm

Join us for a relaxing morning at Ma'alot Farms on April 18, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time). This is the perfect chance to unwind with some yoga and meditation surrounded by nature. Our Saturday sessions will begin with Yoga and end with a meditation session, weather permitting, in Ma'alot Farm's hidden tree net. Bring a yoga mat, water and any props that you may prefer to use, and dress to be comfortable in the day's weather. We will be practicing outside so please consider sunscreen, blanket and appropriate clothing layers.

This series is led by Marta Weinstock, E-RYT 500. Her teaching style focuses on integrating yoga philosophy, yoga fundamentals, energy healing, postural alignment and BREATHING! She explores the physical, mental and spiritual landscapes of yoga
