Saturday Yoga & Meditation on the Farm

Join us for a relaxing morning at Ma'alot Farms on April 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time). This is the perfect chance to unwind with some yoga and meditation surrounded by nature. Our Saturday sessions will begin with Yogo and end with a meditation session, weather permitting, in Ma'alot Farm's hidden tree net.

This series is led by Marta Weinstock, E-RYT 500. Her teaching style focuses on integrating yoga philosophy, yoga fundamentals, energy healing, postural alignment and BREATHING! She explores the physical, mental and spiritual landscapes of yoga

Whether you're a beginner or a pro, bring your mat and get ready to recharge your body and mind.
