Align & Ascend Sound Bath
Join me for a sound bath designed to help you release the weight of the past year and begin 2026 with clarity and intention. We’ll start with gentle grounding and a moment to acknowledge what you’re ready to let go of, then shift into a crystal singing bowl journey that supports nervous system regulation and energetic renewal. As the frequencies wash over you, you’ll be guided to soften, reset, and step into the vibration of new beginnings—opening space for the version of you that 2026 is calling forward.
Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle into the space and prepare for your journey. Yoga mats are provided, but I encourage you to bring a pillow and a light blanket for added comfort, as body temperature can shift during deep relaxation. All are welcome—no prior meditation experience is necessary! Relax, receive, align, & ascend!
