Algerian culinary art roots and history

On April 13th we will celebrate our heritage with the conference titled "Sun and Wheat." We are excited to welcome Professor Louiza Galleze UNESCO EXPERT 'Immaterial Heritage 'who will join us from Algiers to give a talk on the North African culinary art, exploring its roots, history, and the unique aspects that connect it to our identity and geographical heritage.Following this conference, there will be a fun and engaging workshop, leading into a delightful tasting of a traditional Algerian meal featuring different type of couscous, accompanied by a coffee and artisanal handmade sweets And live music a variety of Rai chawi Algerois et Malouf !!
