We will be joined for this very special gig by the stunning vocalist Ella Dunbar-Wilcox, who is a Wellington based jazz vocalist. She recorded her debut album "Almost Love" in 2024. Ella is highly in demand and we are very excited to have her appear in both sets.
Inspired by classic albums such as Art Pepper + 11, Oliver Nelson's the Blues And The Abstract Truth, and Oscar Pettiford's Octet and Nonet, the arrangements are appealingly simple and allow all the members to shine through.
