Whether you're moderating your drinking, sober, or simply curious about crafting your favourite cocktails without alcohol, this class is designed to satisfy your thirst for creativity and flavour.
We are the global experts on alcohol-free drinks, and you will learn from industry experts. Our experienced mixologists will guide you through a hands-on workshop, unlocking the secrets behind crafting enticing alcohol-free concoctions using some of the world's best alcohol-free spirits, wines, beers and mixers.
You'll explore a variety of premium alcohol-free spirits and ingredients, sustainable garnishes and syrups to elevate your Alcohol-Free Cocktail creations.
You will learn boundary-pushing recipes using techniques and principles used by mixology experts. You'll delve into the art of layering flavours, experimenting with different textures, and garnishing with precision.
What to expect:
Each session lasts up to 90 minutes (can be shorter if there are only a small number of participants)
- You will receive a welcome glass of delicious AF fizz upon entry
- Learn top tips for mindful drinking at home and when out socialising
- Our experienced mixologists will guide you through two cocktails.
- Time to mingle and drink your cocktail in between each making session
- Take pictures of your creations for Instagram
- You get £5 credit to spend in store on the day
Timings:
Sessions with fewer people go quicker, so if there are fewer than 4 people in your session, expect the session to be just over an hour. If there are 4+ people, it can be as long as 1.5 hours.
