Many teachers leave their initial training with the skills to share a physical practice; perhaps you've arrived at the threshold.. maybe you're feeling stagnant, uninspired or simply yearning to deepen into the yoga practice and tradition.
Introducing “Alchemy “🔥This training focuses on the lesser-trodden path of a multidimensional practice that will serve you and your students, rippling through all layers of their being, going beyond the body to the breath, and beyond to the mind and into deeper layers of the Self. You’ll be guided in an intimate, safe, and supportive environment where creativity, professionalism, and leadership are nourished.

It is an opportunity for yoga teachers and curious yoga students to marinade in sacred circle and the joyous study of classical yoga philosophy and practice including and going beyond the physical.
Each of the seven weekends we will dive into the yoga philosophy that informs our teaching of the tools and techniques.
Feed your soul for seven months we begin in Long beach in June 2024.. an intimate group of sincere seekers and yours truly ! My way of sharing these inquiries will have you asking meaningful questions, we will be connecting deeply, held in love and curiosity. There will be safety, challenge and laugher alike !
