The idea of an encuentro milonguero is simple:
- We dance only milonguero style or close embrace (“heart to heart”) – no open embrace or tango nuevo dancers are accepted.
- Strictly social dance
- Milonga codes are applied
- Invitacion by mirada & cabeceo
- Balanced number of men and women
- Traditional music; tandas and cortinas
- Admission on reservation and prepayment

In the price you get:
- 5 milongas with great tradicional music provided by experienced DJs
- Coffee break during the milonga: tea, coffee, water, juice, assortment of cakes and mini cakes, fruits.
- Hot soup during the night milongas – an assortment of 2 different soups (from 22:00 to 23:00)
- 1 hot dinner in the restaurant downstairs (on Saturday ) – to choose from the buffet – available from 14.00 – 18.00 – you will receive special dinner tickets for Saturday.
Limited places: 150 people.
Location: Studio Tańca Classic – street: Poligonowa 32, Warsaw
Room with the wooden floor – space of 400 sq.m and high ceiling.
REGISTRATION – starts on the 13th of October 2025:
1.First we register couples
2.Then we register men solo
3.Then we register women solo
This is to maintain the balance between leaders and followers.
Dancers who register solo (without a partner) will be put on the waiting list until we find a partner to accompany him/her in the event – then we sent a confirmation of the registration to both of them.
Registration process:
1. For the registration you need to send an e-mail to the Organizer to:

giving the information to the 8 questions below:

f)your partner’s e-mail
g)your partner’s telephone number (with a country code)

If you register alone send us your own data only (first 4 points from a-d)
If you don’t give full details listed above your request may be rejected.
2.After receiving the application e-mail, the organizers will send you the confirmation of receiving your application request.
3.If you are accepted to the event you will receive the payment details. The payment has to be made by the bank transfer to the account of the Organizer given in the response mail or in cash personally to the Organizer (before the event).
4.The payment has to be made within 2 weeks from receiving the payment details e-mail.
5.After receiving your payment we will sent you a separate e-mail which is the final CONFIRMATION of the participation in the event.

Please do not buy any flight tickets and do not make any hotel reservations before registering, paying for the marathon and receiving our final CONFIRMATION mail (which we send to you AFTER receiving your payment).
We do not take any responsibility for you premature travel / hotel reservation or purchase and we do not reimburse the cost of those.

1. Encuentro Milonguero Varsovia Al Compás del Corazón is a closed private evento organised by Luiza & Marcelo Almiron. Participation is only for the registered individuals who are on the Participants’ list made by the Organizer.
2. Participation in the Encuentro is by previous registration and payment in advance.
3. Priority of participation is for the couples and men registering solo. Ladies solo will be put on the waiting list until a man alone registers for the event – so we can join them in the process of the registration. The purpose is to maintain the appropriate proportions between leaders and followers.
4. Registration is made by sending an email to: [email protected]
giving the information to the 8 questions below:
a) Your name and surname (sex: male or female)
b) your e-mail
c) your telephone number (with a country code)
d) your city / country
e) your partner’s name and surname (sex: male or female)
f) your partner’s e-mail
g) your partner’s telephone number (with a country code)
h) your partner’s city / country
If you register alone send us your own data only (first 4 points from a-d)
If you don’t give the full details listed above your request may be rejected.
5. After receiving the application mail, the organizers will send you the confirmation of receiving your application request.
6. If you are accepted to the event you will receive the payment details. The payment has to be made by the bank transfer to the account of the Organizer given in the response mail or in cash personally to the Organizer (before the event).
7. The cost of the Encuentro is 150 euros (650 pln).
8. The payment has to be made within 2 weeks from receiving the payment details mail.
9. After receiving your payment we will sent you a separate mail which is your final CONFIRMATION of participation in the Encuentro.
10. The Organizer does not refund your travel and hotel cost.
11. The Organizer does not take any responsibility of the valuable things and personal belongings left without care.
12. In case of resignation the Organizer does not reimburse your payments.
13. In case that one of the partners from the registered couple doesn’t arrive at the event the other person from this couple may not be accepted to participate in the event (even if he/she paid for the event) – if you know this happens contact us beforehand and we decide about your participation.
14. Please do not buy any flight tickets and do not make any hotel reservations before registering, paying and receiving our final CONFIRMATION mail (which we send to you AFTER receiving your payment). The organizer does not take any responsibility for you premature travel / hotel reservation or purchase and does not reimburse the cost of those.
15. The Organizer reserves the right to change the program or any detail of the event.
16. By registering to the encuentro you automatically accept “Terms and conditions of Encuentro Milonguero Varsovia Al Compás del Corazón”.

La idea de un encuentro milonguero es simple:
- Bailamos sólo estilo milonguero / abrazo cerrado («corazón a corazón») - no se aceptan abrazos abiertos ni baile de tango nuevo o escenario.
- Baile estrictamente social
- Se aplican los códigos de la milonga
- Invitación por mirada & cabeceo
- Número equilibrado de hombres y mujeres
- Música tradicional; tandas y cortinas

- 1 cena caliente en el restaurante de la planta baja (el sábado ) - a elegir en el bufé - disponibles de 14.00 a 18.00 - recibirá ticket para la cena para del sábado .
Plazas limitadas: 150 personas.
Ubicación: Studio Tańca Classic (Estudio del baile Classic) - calle: Poligonowa 32, Varsovia
Sala de baile con el suelo de madera - espacio de 400 metros cuadrados y techo alto.
REGISTRACIÓN – comienza el 13 de octubre de 2025:
1. Primero se inscriben las parejas
2. Después inscribimos a los hombres solos
3. Después inscribimos a las mujeres solas
Esto es para mantener el equilibrio entre líderes y seguidores.
Los bailarines que se inscriban solo (sin pareja) se pondrán en lista de espera hasta que encontremos una pareja que le acompañe en el evento - entonces enviamos una confirmación de la inscripción a ambos.
Proceso de la registración:
1. Para registrarse es necesario enviar un correo electrónico al Organizador a:

facilitando la siguiente información:
a) su nombre y apellido/apellidos
b) su dirección de correo electrónico
c) su número de teléfono (con el prefijo del país)
d) su ciudad / país)
e) el nombre de su pareja
f) correo electrónico de su pareja
g) el número de teléfono de su pareja (con el prefijo del país)
h) ciudad / país de su pareja
Si se inscribe solo, envíenos sólo sus propios datos (los 4 primeros puntos de a-d)
Si no facilita todos los datos arriba indicados su solicitud puede ser rechazada.
2. Después de recibir el correo electrónico de solicitud, los organizadores le enviarán la confirmación de recepción de su solicitud de inscripción.
3. Si se le acepta en el evento, recibirá los detalles del pago. El pago debe realizarse mediante transferencia bancaria a la cuenta del Organizador indicada en el correo de respuesta o en efectivo personalmente al Organizador (antes del evento).
4. El pago debe efectuarse en un plazo de 2 semanas a partir de la recepción del correo electrónico con los detalles del pago.
5. Después de recibir su pago le enviaremos un correo electrónico por separado que es la CONFIRMACIÓN definitiva de la participación en el evento.

1. El Encuentro Milonguero Varsovia Al Compás del Corazón es un evento privado, cerrado y organizado por Luiza & Marcelo Almiron. La participación es sólo para los inscriptos que figuren en la lista de Participantes confeccionada por el Organizador.
2. La participación en el Encuentro es mediante inscripción previa y pago por adelantado.
3. Tienen prioridad de participación las parejas y los hombres que se inscriban solo. Las damas que se inscriban solas quedarán en lista de espera hasta que se inscriba un hombre solo. El propósito es mantener las proporciones adecuadas entre líderes y seguidores.
4. La inscripción se realiza enviando un correo electrónico a: [email protected]
dando la información a las 8 preguntas que aparecen a continuación:
a) tu nombre y apellidos (sexo: masculino o femenino)
b) tu correo electrónico
c) tu número de teléfono (con el prefijo del país)
d) tu ciudad / país

f) correo electrónico de su pareja

9. Después de recibir su pago le enviaremos un correo por separado que es su CONFIRMACIÓN definitiva de participación en el Encuentro.
10. El Organizador no reembolsa los gastos de viaje y hotel.
11. El Organizador no se hace responsable de las cosas de valor y objetos personales dejados sin cuidado.
12. En caso de renuncia, el Organizador no reembolsará sus pagos.
13. En caso de que uno de los miembros de la pareja registrada no llegue al evento la otra persona de esta pareja puede no ser aceptada para participar en el evento (aunque haya pagado por el evento) - si sabe que esto ocurre contacte con nosotros de antemano y decidimos sobre su participación.
14. REJESTRACJA – rozpocznie się 13 października 2025r:
1. Pierwszeństwo ma REJESTRACJA w PARACH.
2. Następnie rejestrujemy mężczyzn solo
3. Następnie rejestrujemy kobiety solo
Ma to na celu zachowanie równowagi między liderami i naśladowcami.
Tancerze, którzy zarejestrują się sami (bez partnera), zostaną umieszczeni na liście oczekujących, dopóki nie znajdziemy partnera, który dołączy do nich podczas wydarzenia - następnie wyślemy potwierdzenie rejestracji do obu osób.
Proces rejestracji:
1. w celu rejestracji należy wysłać e-mail do Organizatora na adres:

a) imię i nazwisko
b) adres e-mail
c) numer telefonu (wraz z numerem kierunkowym kraju)
d) miejscowość / kraj)
e) imię i nazwisko partnera
f) adres e-mail partnera

h) miasto / kraj partnera
Jeśli rejestrujesz się sam, prześlij nam tylko swoje dane (pierwsze 4 pozycje a-d).
Jeśli nie podasz wszystkich powyższych informacji, Twoje zgłoszenie może zostać odrzucone.
2. Po otrzymaniu e-maila ze zgłoszeniem organizatorzy prześlą potwierdzenie otrzymania zgłoszenia.
3) W przypadku zakwalifikowania się do udziału w imprezie, uczestnik otrzyma szczegóły dotyczące płatności. Płatności należy dokonać przelewem na konto Organizatora wskazane w mailu zwrotnym lub gotówką osobiście u Organizatora (przed imprezą).
4. Płatności należy dokonać w ciągu 2 tygodni od otrzymania maila ze szczegółami płatności.
5. Po otrzymaniu wpłaty wyślemy osobnego maila, który jest ostatecznym POTWIERDZENIEM udziału w imprezie.

Prosimy nie kupować biletów lotniczych ani dokonywać rezerwacji hotelowych przed zarejestrowaniem się, opłaceniem udziału i otrzymaniem od nas wiadomości e-mail z ostatecznym POTWIERDZENIEM (które wyślemy PO otrzymaniu płatności).

1. Encuentro Milonguero Varsovia Al Compás del Corazón to zamknięte wydarzenie prywatne organizowane przez Luizę i Marcelo Almiron. W wydarzeniu mogą wziąć udział wyłącznie zarejestrowane osoby, które znajdują się na liście uczestników sporządzonej przez Organizatora.
2. Uczestnictwo w Encuentro odbywa się na podstawie wcześniejszej rejestracji i płatności z góry.
3. Pierwszeństwo uczestnictwa mają pary i mężczyźni rejestrujący się solo. Panie solo zostaną wpisane na listę oczekujących do czasu, aż na wydarzenie zarejestruje się sam mężczyzna - tak, abyśmy mogli dołączyć do nich w procesie rejestracji. Ma to na celu zachowanie odpowiednich proporcji między liderami i naśladowcami.

6. Jeśli zostaniesz przyjęty na wydarzenie, otrzymasz szczegóły dotyczące płatności. Płatności należy dokonać przelewem bankowym na konto Organizatora podane w mailu zwrotnym lub gotówką osobiście u Organizatora (przed wydarzeniem).
7. Koszt Encuentro wynosi 150 euro (650 zł).

12. W przypadku rezygnacji Organizator nie zwraca wpłaconych kwot.
13. W przypadku, gdy jeden z partnerów z zarejestrowanej pary nie przybędzie na wydarzenie, druga osoba z tej pary może nie zostać przyjęta do udziału w wydarzeniu (nawet jeśli zapłaciła za wydarzenie) - jeśli wiesz, że tak się stanie, skontaktuj się z nami wcześniej, a my zdecydujemy o Twoim udziale.
14. Prosimy o nie kupowanie biletów lotniczych i nie dokonywanie rezerwacji hotelowych przed rejestracją, dokonaniem płatności i otrzymaniem ostatecznego POTWIERDZENIA (które wysyłamy po otrzymaniu płatności).Organizator nie ponosi żadnej odpowiedzialności za przedwczesną rezerwację podróży / hotelu lub ich zakup i nie zwraca ich kosztów.
15. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany programu lub dowolnego szczegółu wydarzenia.
